two, Bookings and contracts**

three, Fees and payments

In case of exchange rate fluctuations, Fuel surcharge adjustment and other uncontrollable factors, Price difference may need to be negotiated.

four, Cancellation and refund  

User cancellation policy (Subject to order confirmation, Give an example) :

Travel agency cancellation policy:   

Due to force majeure (Natural disaster, warfare, Epidemic situation) The trip could not proceed, The parties shall negotiate an extension or refund of unincurred expenses.

five, Liability and exemption  

In the following cases, the actual responsible party and the travel service assistant shall bear the ultimate responsibility:

Third party service provider (Airline company, hotel) Fault of;   

Losses caused by force majeure or accidents.   

Users are advised to purchase their own travel insurance to cover medical treatment, Property damage and other risks.

six, Personal Information and Privacy

seven, Dispute resolution
